The purpose of the programme is to equip participants with the skills and practical tools needed to prepare a well‑structured business case and assess the impact of different decisions. The training places strong emphasis on the investment appraisal process, helping participants confidently analyse options, compare scenarios and support decision‑making with financial insights.
