Bruno Čurčija

Bruno is a director at PwC Croatia working as an external and internal information systems auditor and consultant. He has substantial professional experience in information system reviews, business process and control reviews, GDPR projects, project management, regulatory compliance, information & cyber security, data assurance projects and delivering specialised trainings (related to Internal Audit and SAP). 

Some of the engagements Bruno managed were data migration validation projects for a number of clients in Croatia and Slovenia, IT process maturity assessments, cyber maturity assessments, IT and cyber security strategy development, defining business and functional specification for implementation of new system, defining KPIs for IT organisation, IT due diligence projects, third party assurance projects, development of IT and information security policies and procedures and advising clients in the area of internal controls in security and availability domains.

Additionally, Bruno is a member of the Supervisory Board at Institute of Internal Auditors in Croatia and a member of IIA Global, ISACA and PMI organisations, as well as a speaker/presenter at related conferences in respect of the Internal Audit profession in Croatia.

Adrian Gjergjizi

Adrian is a Technology consulting and services director for PwC SEE with 14 years of experience in IT transformation engagements across many industries. He has delivered complex IT projects with large business clients in E&U, banking, government, and retail segments. Those IT solutions helped the clients run their business much efficiently, with increased client satisfaction and surpass their KPIs. 

In an earlier phase of the career as IT application consultant he was facilitating workshops for clients to gather functional and non-functional requirements, business requirements and use cases. Was in charge of as-is/to-be process modelling, business process specification, process simulation and analysis by using best process mining tools.

As an application designer and architecture team member he designed UML diagrams for service specification and application design using various object-oriented technologies for application development and provided application integration services applying SOA methodology.

Matej Križnjak

Matej is a Digital Process Automation Manager at PwC Croatia and an experienced IT Solution Architect in the fields of process standardisation and automatization with multi year experience in commercial IT projects, in the domestic and international domain. Matej in his career worked as an Automation Developer, a .NET developer, a SharePoint developer and a team lead and solution architect for various automation projects. 

He was responsible for leading one of the biggest projects of process automation in Croatia, and as well participated in many projects of implementing BPM systems, chatbots, custom development applications and RPA solutions in various industries (Oil and Gas, Banks, FMCG, finance, and accounting companies). He also has a lot of experience on projects with establishing the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for automation and digital transformation projects.

Matej, among other things, is leading trainings for the UiPath platform, and he is a certified UiPath Solution Architect and developer.

Sasa Kendjel

Saša is a Data Analytics & Automation Manager at PwC Croatia and an experienced IT professional with substantial experience in retail systems, CRM integration, DWH systems, including DWH data gathering, data manipulation and processing. Additionally, he has been responsible for in-house software development processes and mobile application development tailored to suit the client’s needs, as well as development and implementation of customised software for large corporate clients, e.g. virtual platforms, applicant tracking systems, machine learning systems for matching and recommendation.

Saša has professional experience in data analysis and visualisation, data analytics, data migration and verification. He was the international business manager for the Slovenian, Bosnian and North Macedonian markets in Alma Media’s acquisitions in CEE. Saša was a speaker at HR-related conferences in Rovinj, Croatia (HR Days), Legal Hackers, and others.

Ante Strize

Ante is a Senior Consultant at PwC Croatia working mostly in data analytics and  business process automation. Prior to joining PwC, Ante worked as an IT Developer and Product Manager on digital transformation projects. Ante has professional experience in the areas of robotic process automation, data analytics and visualisation, SQL query analytics, data transformation and export. Additionally, Ante worked on numerous projects involving data migration verification on ERP implementations, performing IT risk assessments and developing methodologies for IS reviews, business process and control reviews and third-party assurance (SOC2) projects for IT companies.

Ante was a guest speaker supporting PwC’s Digital Accelerators Programme, giving a lecture entitled "RPA: Success Story Sharing", showcasing his projects to inspire a new generation of developers.
