AI Building Capabilities

We developed an advanced and practical AI capability building framework aimed at training employees to integrate AI into their work and adapting to various organisational needs.

AI - From innovation to necessity

AI is now an essential part of business, powering operations, analytics, automation, and intelligent services. Organisations are integrating AI into workflows to boost decision-making, efficiency, and outcomes.

AI literacy helps people use AI responsibly, verify results, and turn data into value. With these skills, teams operate more quickly and effectively, making AI a practical asset in daily work.

Expertise that builds experts. The nature of work is evolving. Let's lead the change together!

Top performers are twice as likely than other companies, on average, to have already:

The biggest blocker to AI success is not technology. It is workforce capability.

Many organisations invest in AI, but most teams lack the skills to use it effectively for business value. Achieving ROI requires not just technical tools, but widespread AI literacy that enables responsible use, better decisions, and scalable change.

Our AI capability building framework

We developed an advanced and practical AI capability building framework aimed at training employees to integrate AI into their work, adapting to various organisational needs while ensuring compliance with relevant standards, including the EU AI Act, the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The learning path is sequential, with each module expanding on the previous one. We keep learners focused through an interactive design, practical examples that illustrate real business scenarios, and short quizzes after each chapter to reinforce understanding in a low-pressure way. The entire program is designed for effective learning without disrupting productivity.

  Building capabilities across 5 levels

Module 1: Awareness

  • Introduces employees to AI and Generative AI with a foundational, practical module.
  • Goes beyond definitions to explain core principles and real-world AI applications.
  • Covers key factors affecting AI accuracy.
  • Prepares learners to recognize ethical challenges, including bias and interpretability.
  • Equips employees to interact meaningfully and responsibly with AI in their roles.

Module 2: Protection

  • AI threats like deepfakes and phishing are on the rise - this module helps employees become the first line of defense.
  • Learners examine the changing meaning of “personal data” and gain skills to spot and stop advanced threats.
  • Fostering proactive cybersecurity habits.
  • Emphasizes the need for skepticism in a world of misleading appearances.

Module 3: Enablement

  • This is where theory becomes practice.
  • This module transitions employees from understanding AI to actively leveraging it as a powerful co-pilot in their daily tasks.
  • Learners discover how to use AI tools to accelerate workflows - from drafting reports to generating creative ideas - while avoiding common pitfalls.
  • The focus is on mastering the art of effective prompting and teaching a framework for responsible use.

Module 4: Discernment

  • As AI automates tasks, the true competitive advantage shifts to human judgment.
  • This module teaches the essential "superpower" of the modern professional: critical thinking in an AI-driven world.
  • Learners are trained to question, validate, and interpret AI-generated outputs, recognizing where systems excel and where they fail.

Module 5: Leadership

  • Development of leadership capabilities - essential for long-term AI success.
  • Emphasizes treating data as the organisation's most critical asset.
  • Assessing data quality and addressing advanced risks such as data poisoning and bias.
  • Guidance on navigating the regulatory landscape, including the EU AI Act.
