The CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management (Level 5) qualification will help you:

Who is it suitable for: 

The CIPD Level 5 qualification is suitable for HR managers or Business Partners with up to 10 years of professional experience in human resources, and responsibility in leading the whole HR function in their organisation, or specific areas in HR (e.g. recruitment, reward and recognition, talent management, employee relations, people analytics, etc.).

Programme structure:

  • 19 workshops and a blend of other learning activities spread around a 12 month period
  • The programme consists of 7 modules
  • Focus on real-life scenarios, acquiring the core behaviours derived from the CIPD’s Profession Map
  • After each module participants must complete an assessment paper, which must be a written research assignment that complies with the official CIPD academic standards 
  • All sessions are delivered by highly experienced professionals, accredited for the delivery of the modules
  • During the programme, PwC's Academy will support students with CIPD administration including initial registration, joining, membership, etc.
