Project Management Fundamentalsis a highly interactive, hands‑on course designed for juniors and professionals who are new to project management. The programme helps participants build essential knowledge and skills, grow their confidence, and learn how to manage projects independently using proven tools and techniques. Veronika worked for PwC Advisory Slovakia for 8 years as a management consultant. She focuses on providing strategic consulting services for major business clients. During her career, she gained a lot of experience not only in the field of consulting, but also in the automotive, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. Since 2020, she is active mainly in the project management area.
