Green Project Management is a focused three-day course designed to equip you with the skills to manage projects sustainably. Delivered in four modules over the total of 10 hours, the course includes interactive presentations, group discussions, and practical exercises. You will learn to apply sustainability principles, understand the PRiSM lifecycle, and develop sustainable business cases.

There are no formal education or experience prerequisites for the GPM course. However, having at least six months of project work experience is recommended to enhance understanding and application of the course material.

After completing this course you will be prepared to pass the final exam. Successfully passing the exam will earn you the internationally recognised GPM-b™ certification, which is utilised by professionals worldwide.
