The programme is structured as eight focused training days, followed by work on a live business project. Programme Timeline

The programme is delivered as a series of eight focused training days. After completing the sessions, you will be prepared to take the PRINCE2® Foundation exam and work on a live business project. You will have two months to complete the project with individual guidance from an experienced mentor.

There are no special entrance requirements for the OEDC programme. The course is open to anyone interested in developing practical skills in process improvement and project delivery.

Previous experience in project management is a plus and supports the understanding of the PRINCE2® methodology, but it is not a condition. No prior knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is required, and those who wish to explore the basics beforehand can join our free Lean Six Sigma White Belt webinar.

After successful completion of the programme you will be fully prepared to pass the PRINCE2® Foundation exam. After passing the exam you receive an internationally recognised PRINCE2 Foundation certificate. The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is awarded based on your completed project.

The PRINCE2® Foundation certificate is also a prerequisite for progressing to the PRINCE2® Practitioner level.

He is an experienced tutor with over 20 years of experience in managing a wide variety of projects including IT implementations, BPR and audits. He delivers professional and other management skills training in CEE and EU countries.

Veronika Balasičová

Veronika worked for PwC Advisory Slovakia for 8 years as a management consultant. She focuses on providing strategic consulting services for major business clients. During her career, she gained a lot of experience not only in the field of consulting, but also in the automotive, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. Since 2020, she is active mainly in the project management area.
