This training will help non‑finance professionals build essential financial awareness and confidently use financial information in their daily work. Participants will become familiar with the key financial statements that organisations prepare and learn how to read and interpret them to support better business decisions. The programme is based on the principles of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), ensuring a clear and structured understanding of how financial information is prepared, presented, and analysed.

The main objective is to raise the level of financial awareness of participants. This will enable them to use the financial information provided to make better short-term or long-term decisions in managing their businesses.

This training provides basic financial information and terms that will enhance professionals’ financial literacy. This leads to better understanding on how the business decisions about the organisation are made and how to increase their efficiency.
