Recruitment Process


1. Application 

First, you could take a look at the full list of current vacancies within PwC Bulgaria which could be found on our Career section.

Please, have in mind that the application process is passing through our regional HR management system - Workday.  All candidates should fill in an online Application form and attach their CV in order to apply. Depending on the business area you choose and the position you are applying for, you may also need to complete an additional test - which will be sent by our Recruitment Lead. 

2. Interview with Human Capital Team

If your application meets the requirements of the role, you will receive a call from our local Recruiter for a short discussion about the main responsibilities of the role as well as about your experience, skills, motivation etc.

Based on the phone discussion, the next step of our recruitment process is a Face-to-Face interview in our office. If you are not available to meet us in person, a virtual meeting is also an option. 

At this stage of the recruitment process, you will meet our Recruiter and representatives of the team you’re applying for (usually one of the managers). We will expect you to provide us with evidence (examples) of the skills we are seeking, to demonstrate the behaviours and potential to grow with us, as well as to reassure us that you have thought carefully about your career. 

3. Testing Session

Depending on the position you are applying for, you could be invited for a Testing session in our office to take some of the following tests:

  • English Test – a standard test /in English/ defining your grammar and understanding level of knowledge
  • Financial Accounting Test – a short test /in English/ checking your basic accounting knowledge

4. Interview with а Line of Service partners/leaders

This stage is required for some of our positions. This interview is conducted by a Line of Service partner/leader with the purpose to make a final decision for hiring, but to also give you the opportunity to experience our culture and people more.  

5. Feedback

After your final interview, or after the testing session, you will receive feedback by our Recruiter. Please have in mind that the recruitment process usually takes from 2 to 6 weeks, so we need some time to get back to you.
